• Handle and manage the full spectrum of procurement functions with day-to-day operation.
• Source for suppliers and products to bring in

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify potential clients and maret segments to target. Generate and qualify leads through research, networking and outreach efforts.

Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations with our in-house showroom.

Travel Requirements: The job requires travelling island-wide, so you must be willing to commute to different location.

2. Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their enquiries and concerns.

Ensure client satisfaction and provide exceptional after-sales support.

3. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and IT support engineers, to drive sales initiatives and improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Salary : base pay with additional earnings through commission.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company for sales inquiries and follow ups.
• Prepare and process quotation, purchase orders and delivery schedules accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Operate boom lifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently on job sites as required.
• Conducts routine checks and ensure the proper functioning of the lifts before operations.
• Provide support during equipment demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs and maintenance of boom lifts and scissor lifts.
• Coordinator with external vendors for major repairs and servicing when necessary.
• Maintain an inventory of tools and spare parts required for equipment maintenance
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirement

• At least ITE/Diploma in Mechanical / Automative Engineering
• Minium of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field
• Certified in operating boom lifts and scissor lifts with valid licenses
• Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and maintaining boom lifts and scissor lift
• Proficiency in various software such as MS Office, MS Projects
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Degree/Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, computer engineering , PLC knowledge or relevant

qualification

Must possess own vehicle & class 3 driving license

Salary 3,900.00 to 4,200.00

5 days week
