We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, overseeing the marketing team, and ensuring the company's brand presence and campaigns align with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in marketing management.

As a Marketing Executive in the machine vision industry, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote highly technical products like cameras, sensors, and software used in industrial automation, quality control, and AI-driven solutions.

Your role involves identifying niche customer segments, emphasizing product benefits, and aligning marketing efforts with company objectives.

Key responsibilities include creating technical content such as whitepapers, case studies, and tutorials, as well as managing targeted digital campaigns and SEO to generate leads.

You'll organize participation in industry trade shows, events, and webinars to showcase products and engage potential clients. Collaborating with R&D, sales, and engineering teams, you’ll ensure accurate product positioning and provide technical sales support.

Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and refine strategies to maintain a competitive edge. You’ll also focus on branding consistency and building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and OEMs to boost brand credibility and market share.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings within food service channels

-Develop buyer personas to align marketing strategies with customer profiles in the food service industry

-Craft compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to chefs and procurement officers

-Develop marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, and digital content) that highlight the unique benefits of our products

-Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, product line expansions and events

-Collaborate with the business development team to ensure seamless product introductions and adoption within food service channels

-Develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations to support the business development team

-Conduct training sessions to ensure the business development team can effectively communicate product value propositions

-Plan and manage marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and generate demand in the food service sector

-Create digital and offline content that resonates with chefs, restaurateurs, and catering professionals

-Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance.

-Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimising marketing efforts

-Work closely with the business development and management teams to align on product strategies and customer needs

-Engage with customers and industry partners to gather feedback and identify partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

-Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

-Minimum 2-4 years in product marketing, preferably in food service, FMCG, or related industries.

-Strong understanding of food service industry

Key Responsibilities

· Work collaboratively with digital marketing team mates and executives to craft innovative content for our clients.

· Edit a wide range of content in terms of videos and graphics: unscripted and scripted, using both original and archival footage (including branded content).

· Plan out storyboarding, and scripting to turn general concepts into highly watchable, sharable pieces.

· Identify exciting potential video/photo topics and arranging shoots

· Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials/postings

· Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.

· Able to write content for video copy, social media (IG & FB postings and websites.

· Strong eye for graphic design and typography

· Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo etc.)

· Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

· Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

· Improve user experience in the company’s website

· Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

Job Requirements

· Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, and familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator.

· Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role

· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
