Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop the project business locally and identify and directly target owners and clients for projects.
• Support local clients with pricing, catalogues and project specification support
• Achieve annual sales targets and assist in tender for projects
• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotations
• Marketing - Grow new leads, including marketing, by calls to action and meet potential clients
• Sales – Understand client’s requirements and prepare quotations, follow up, and secure sales
• Execution – Monitor, deliver and invoice to clients
• Payment - responsible for payment follow-up and collection

Requirements:

• Goals driven and hands-on in executing key measures
• High level of reliability and personal integrity
• Experience in the Painting & Renovation industry will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skill, presentation and communication skills self motivated, technical inclined
• Knowledge of sustainability construction an advantage.
• Minimum ‘O’ level
• Minimum 3 years of Singapore sales experience in construction related.
• Must have driving licence (Class 2 or 3)

Hiring: Admin Sales Coodinator ( curtains and blinds )

Basic pay: SGD $3000 to $4000

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar client service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
