JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms’ customers
· Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online stores
· Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
· Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
· Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts
· Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales
· Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns
· Work together with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process
· Actively manage online shop enquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum GCE “N” level
· Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
· Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment (preferably Malay/Indonesian)
· Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
· Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
· Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
· Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
· Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
· Commercial awareness and sales drive – to sell more products through our multiple online platforms
· Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important
· General interest in working in different platforms, and a good knowledge of excel
