The Opportunity

This role is responsible for building and delivering our core content for the Group, creating compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll’s engagement with customers, conversion and revenue through digital and email channels. This includes leading the content writing and managing the teams responsible for creative delivery across design and multimedia.

• Lead, craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring a unified brand voice aligned with business goals across various channels including and not limited to marketing campaigns, social media, product, webinars, thought leadership pieces, infographics, customer newsletters, case studies, videos and digital content
• Plan editorial calendar and lead editorial meetings with key stakeholders to ensure consistent push of content across all channels (website, social media, email etc). • Design, write and create engaging email campaigns that are responsive, visually appealing and optimized for different devices with the support of email marketing platforms. Conduct email campaign optimization and develop automated email workflows, using segmentation strategies to nurture prospects, promote cross sells and gain win backs. Manage and segment the email list to ensure targeted communication with specific customer segments.
