Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 5-10 years of overall experience in medical device or healthcare industry
• 3+ years of marketing (product and brand) experience preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies is preferred
• Experience with thought leader and faculty development and management and development is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills are required.
• Good interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on leadership, relationship development, and influence management is preferred.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform responsibility (Stratafix, TSA and Orthopaedics)

• Develop and execute the regional platform strategy for advanced brands of Stratafix, TSA and Orthopaedic specialty
