Specialist, Renewal Sales (India)

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Specialist, Renewal Sales will focus on account management and sales renewals where you will generate new revenue as part of an inside sales team. You will articulate the value of products or services to customers and accountable for revenue retention motions including product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion.

You would be comfortable in managing ambiguity situation and manage complex, deep relationship to help the customer to uncover some challenges while setting in place new processes and workflows.

You get to cultivate deeper relationships across longer sales cycles with prospect contacts across various organizational levels. In addition to revenue generation sales, you will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities

• Works with complex and large territory/account, products/services, sales or account management processes and may serve as subject matter expert.
• Understand and capture the Voice of the Customer for assigned client.
• Respond to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures.
• Confirm commitment of client’s maintenance contracts and works towards assigned contract revenue goals.
• Create a sales funnel that can support quota overall attainment.
• Make and receive calls with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts.

The Sales Director is accountable for the management, preservation, and growth of Smiths Detection business in the region including all sales and Customer Relationship Management in the North Asia market, positioning Smiths Detection as the market leading provider of choice across all market segments. • Full aspect of sales co-ordination, support and administration role to Business Development Department (BDD)
