1. Day to Day Operation

i) To prepare quotations as requested by the customer

ii) Manage volume fluctuation of customer and cover lost accounts

iii) Prepare and manage sales campaigns

iv) Manage and monitoring the CS assistants by providing them with customer information and follow up on tele calling for new and existing customers

v) To review and prepare monthly performance sales performance report and present report in the monthly sales meeting

Requirement -:

1) Minimum educational qualification required ‘O’ level or diploma

2) Prefer with min 2 years experience in our line (NVOCC, Freight Forwarding)

· Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

· Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

· Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

· Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

· Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

iv) Provide leadership to the sales team by assisting and encouraging them to look for innovative ways of performing their functions more productively

v) Manage recruitment, absence, retention and rewards of the sales team with the support of HR

3. Manage Day to Day Operations

i) Set weekly sales targets for self and team

ii) To visit the top customers as per requirement

iii) To ensure at all times the department is adequately staffed so as to achieve the budgeted and profitability targets

iv) Conduct & participate in weekly/monthly sales department meeting to review performance and targets achieved, and steps going forwards

v) Maintain relationship with our principal carriers and other main suppliers in helping to achieve growth

vi) Achieve the sales targets and provide regular reporting to Country Manager

Requirement -:

1) Minimum educational qualification required Diploma level and above.

2) A minimum of 8 years freight forwarding LCL with 5 years experience as Manager.

The Part Leader of Sales Engineering has a direct report to the RHQ AC Team Leader and will be responsible for in total 5 employees.

Main goals of the position

The main goal of the Part Leader of Sales Engineering is dual. On the one hand to increase, strengthen and professionalise the pre-sales in Southeast Asia & Oceania, and on the other hand to enhance the post-sales system and procedures of our air conditioning units.

The Position

• Responsible for the development - and subsequently the execution - of a solid pre-sales & service strategy, and vision for the coming years;
• Manage the Southeast Asian & Oceanian Training Centers : establishment and keeping them up to date, budget planning and control;
• Aligning the training planning with the sales objectives and new product launching;
• Enhance the builders/contractors network in the different Asian countries;
• Monthly quality follow up and organising regular quality meetings with all local service teams;
• Warranty and spare parts analysis;

The Profile

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Engineering preferably supplemented with a Commercial degree or an equivalent in working experience;
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior international commercial development role within a technical/mechanical building engineering environment (network) with preferably HVAC knowledge;
• Someone with a passion for engineering and is used to consultative selling, knows what is important and is technical achievable to create an ideal situation for the customer;
• Someone who is used to work within complex matrix and international environments;
• Has a strong network in the mechanical building branch and their clients in Asia;
• Someone who has vision of the building/installation/HVAC market, is used to look ahead;
• Who takes responsibility for his actions and knows how to enthuse his team and country heads;
