Be part of the FHA marketing team to deliver engaging omni-channel marketing campaigns to increase event branding, attendance, engagement and partnership collaborations. 

Marketing Planning & Execution
•    Manage and develop content across online and digital marketing assets and channels including website, direct mailers, social media platforms and event app
•    Develop editorial calendar with compelling content and messaging, positioning and creative assets that aligns with target audience and marketing objectives 
•    Monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies to increase organic search visibility
•    Design and create campaigns targeting specific customer segments
•    Ensure all marketing materials are high-quality, accurate, and delivered on time
•    Track industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies as needed
•    Provide support to event and other marketing initiatives

Analytics & Lead Generation
•    Identify and segment target audiences to maximize event reach and engagement
•    Use of online / enterprise systems for event registration, marketing purposes and database management
•    Data Management including data mining to improve customer segmentation and targeting as well as campaign performance
•    Track, evaluate and report results for marketing campaigns 
•    Measure customer satisfaction by developing surveys and provide insights

Job scope:

• Able to work independently on projects and collaborate with the team
• Diligent with coordinating logistics, liaising with clients and following up on assigned tasks
• Project management and client servicing on multiple projects at one time
• Maintaining working relationship with existing clients
• Researching of projects once storyboard is ready
• Ensuring that budget is controlled and allocated accurately
• Hiring freelancers and other crews to shoot films or videos

• Supervising projects from pre-production to post-production

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in filmmaking, mass communication or producing
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the media industry and video production
• Organized in work and possess good time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-pace working environment
• Good team player
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere & After Effects is a plus factor
• Having class 3 driving license
• Able to work on weekends when needed

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will nurture client relationships while executing against their objectives as a trusted advisor. Working closely with your Account Director and cross-functional teams, you'll drive customer growth in South Southeast Asia by identifying trends, offering in-depth data-driven consultation, and enhancing advertising effectiveness. With your extensive digital sales experience, you'll serve as a proactive consultant, fostering deep relationships with clients and agencies. • Own renewal and always-on conversations with client

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing role, agency, advertising sales, marketing or media
• 6+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)
• Demonstrated understanding of digital media, internet advertising technology and marketing automation landscape
• Demonstrated success in excelling within a target-driven environment, adept at managing CRM for the sales process

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to drive results and build relationships across multiple client levels.
• Experience managing and prioritizing large portfolios of customer advertising budgets and campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals through consultative selling.
• Experience of using insights to drive commercial success through upsells and pitches
