AWS is seeking a Startup Sales Operations Leader to lead APJ (ANZ, ASEAN, India, Japan, Korea) startup sales operations team. Responsibilities include continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations to senior management based on those analyses – all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This will include working with the Startup Sales leadership to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives.

The Startup Sales Operations Leader will act as a trusted advisor to Startup Sales leaders, leveraging data and analysis to scale the business. Your insights will drive incubation and growth for some of the newest and most innovating offerings in the AWS portfolio. You will drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to their customers. This position also manages the administration and execution of the team’s revenue and non-revenue targets, measurement of goal attainment, and proposing improvements to the Business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results. This position will be responsible for managing the rhythm of the business activities such as Weekly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.

The successful candidate must be able to roll-up their sleeves, and work directly with the models/data. They will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Basic qualifications

Day to Day

Every single day is different, you could be; running complex deals end to end, forecasting, prospecting, building strategy, running/attending round tables & events, or taking care of urgent issues.

You will use your new business development and relationship-building skills to develop opportunities:

• Advise customers on the Salesforce Core solutions to help them achieve their business goals
