You will develop a strong partnership with your designated Account Executives and Solution Consultants to provide a comprehensive and compelling message across all industries within the Asia region. You will focus on targeting your risk, compliance and resiliency message to specific customer needs and will focus on being a trusted advisor to our community of customers and partners. Asia Corp Sales team covers corporate clients across local corporates and multinationals across Fx, interest rates, and Commodities products. The sales team transacts with this diverse set of clients on a high frequency basis across currencies and products (FX, FX options, Bonds, Interest Rate swaps, interest rate options, government bonds etc.) Sales team represents the firm in front of clients and work very closely with internal stakeholders including traders, structurers, and research analysts to provide best in class execution and coverage to external clients.

The role is based out of Singapore and requires working with the Asia Macro Sales Team. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in performing day to day tasks which includes (i) post-trade processing (ii) account onboarding work (iii) ad-hoc reporting works and (iv) other ad hoc works

This role requires an individual who likes to work in a high intensity environment with steep learning curve given the fast moving nature of the macro markets

The role involves working on –

• Regular Market Color Update/Daily Tasks – preparing regular market update/trade ideas, updating/refreshing trading axes, positioning report and flow report
• Post-trade Processing - assist in post-trade processing – tie-ing out PVs, trade recaps, trade bookings
• Account Onboarding Work: Working with main sales coverage in coordinating and liasing internally and externally on account onboarding tasks
• Other Ad-Hoc administrative work: electronic client onboarding, liaise on trade settlement related issues, creating research access for clients

We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Executive to lead Enterprise Risk Management Software sales. The position is responsible for sales opportunity & territory management, sales strategy, and revenue generation related to the Moody’s Analytics suite of Credit Assessment and Origination and/or Regulatory Compliance and Capital Management solutions, including Regulatory Capital calculation, Regulatory Reporting, and software and services related to stress-testing.

This Sales Rep position requires expertise in managing complex, solution sales cycles, and involves working closely with pre-sales staff. Sales Reps manage and drive the sales process through the sales cycle. The position and territory is a blend of active account management and new account development.

• Primary responsibility will be selling and maintaining new and existing client relationships through a strategic based approach in order to increase sales, and achieve set quarterly/yearly targets
• Demonstrating the superiority and value of the Moody's Banking suite of solutions to potential and existing clients. This will often involve high quality presentations, client meetings and drafting proposals.
• Manage and coordinate Moody's responses to requests for product and services information (RFIs and RFPs) from external parties, clients and prospects.
• Must develop deep, practical understanding of Moody's Banking suite of solutions and services, with a focus on Regulatory Compliance, Capital Management and Lending solutions.
• Must be able to identify/recognize cross-selling opportunities for Moody's by asking relevant questions to extrapolate the necessary information. This will also be achieved through working with account generalists.
• Work closely in collaborating with teams to ensure high levels of client satisfactions in all client interaction including issue resolution.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor degree is required. IT or business finance related discipline.
• The successful candidate will have 5+ years of successful selling experience to financial institutions in ASEAN. Particular experience in selling to the Finance, Treasury or Risk Management groups within banks a plus.
• Must have a basic IT and software implementation lifecycle understanding e.g. can fluently articulate topics around platforms, databases, solution deployment.
• Must be a strong team player and able to work in a fast paced and diverse environment.
• Good understanding of finance and risk management acquired either by advanced study or through industry experience a plus.
• Experience with managing a pipeline and forecasting capabilities.
• Estimated client travel 40-50%.
