About this role:
We are searching for a dynamic individual whose focus will be to lead the Marketing team to raise brand awareness and to spearhead the marketing initiatives of the company on various platforms. This role will report directly to the Head of Digital & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Be a key player and function as a team lead for marketing team.
- Build brand awareness and positioning.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and roadmap, including SEO, SEM, social media, and website optimisation, in line with overall marketing and business goals.
- Develop and create content across various marketing platforms including website, social media, EDMs, print collateral, etc.
- Sourcing and managing agencies where appropriate for key marketing functions.
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies to align and deliver the outcome of the marketing campaign in accordance to the business goals.
- Track performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure campaign success, including marketing spending.
- Responsible for annual marketing plan and budgeting thereafter manage budget and expenditures.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences, providing insights for strategy development.
- Review and approve marketing materials such as EDMs, social media post, presentation, and any other materials submitted by agencies as per the marketing and social media guidelines.
- Constantly review and update the marketing and social media guide to provide clarity to the agency and to adhere to MAS guidelines.
- Act as subject matter expert regarding firm policies and provide appropriate guidance and training to agencies.
- Manage record-keeping of approvals as well as related internal communications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Management or its equivalent
- Possess a good understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM and has experience in managing digital marketing agencies
- Self-starter with excellent initiative to constantly value-add
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
