• Leadership experience of a team of 15 people or more.
• Experience gained primarily within technology, software, IT services with strong client exposure to financial services and/or retail clients with reputable multinational firms.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive focused on driving new logo growth in APAC. Perfect for a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of financial technology solutions and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across APAC, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyriba's market presence.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the APAC market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting.
• Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyriba's solutions effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, customer success and legal, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
• Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes. Ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings.
• Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Willingness to travel in APAC as required.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
