Job Responsibilities:
Product Sales
· Handle the marketing of petrochemical products including, but not limited to, MTBE, BTX and SM supplied by Yulong Petrochemical Headquarters.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Prepare regular sales and trading performance reports, analyzing data to optimize sales strategies and providing reference for management decision-making.
Business Development
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and grow the customer base.
· Work closely with the headquarters to promote Yulong Petrochemical’s products, generating new leads through networking, cold-calling and attending industry events.
Others
· Monitor market risks such as price volatility, currency fluctuations to mitigate trading risks.
· Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies and legal requirements.
· Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested by the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Chemistry, Sales or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in trading or sales within the chemical industry or relevant sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the chemical market, product specifications and global supply chains.
- Proven track record of success in trading and sales of chemical products, with experience in prospecting, lead generation and closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with external partners.
- Proficiency in Mandarin listening and speaking is required for effective collaboration with colleagues at the headquarters.
