About this role:

In this role, you will:

• Provide operational support for Fixed Income Credit/Rates sales desks across Asia (focused primarily on Japan) covering products including but not limited to Cash Bonds, US Treasuries, Mortgage-Backed Securities, Futures and OTC derivatives products.
• Perform daily front to back trade processing such as: Trade allocation, CTM trade affirmation and allocation, trade confirmation and SSI management

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese due to internal and external stakeholder engagement

• Attend or lead Banquet Event Order meetings, pre-con meetings, and other relevant meetings to ensure all departments are informed about event details and last-minute changes.
• Work with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and fulfilment of guest requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional service and meticulous attention to detail in event delivery.
• Oversee the planning and logistics of large-scale events, including off-site events, ensuring client expectations are met.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event details using the hotel’s CRM system.

As the individual who represents the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and drives the revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time. We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players - hungry, nimble and intelligent - with the ability and willingness to close a mix of complex enterprise and more transactional deals.

Responsibilities:

• Create and drive revenue within the Enterprise Accounts in the Vietnam
• Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling.
• Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
• Develop strategic enterprise business plan.
• Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA system.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• A proven sales hunter and closer.
• Strong preference for Digital Marketing in enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales excellence in the Vietnam
• Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
• Superior professional presence and business acumen.
• Experience selling at the "C" level - CMO is a plus.
