Reporting to the Department Head, the incumbent will be working in a team of 4 staff. He / She will be in charge of creating and implementing marketing strategies to boost online sales and promote growth for the company’s eCommerce operations and to improve retention rates, specifically targeting the education market segment. The main duties will include developing and executing marketing campaigns across various platform via social media, SEO, PPC, and emails, acquire & retain users, track & analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B & multivariate testing, and drive merchant program.

Additionally, he / she will need to prepare regular reports on marketing performance and offer recommendations for optimization

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in marketing, business, or a related field
• Min 3 years working experience in eCommerce marketing, making new or low traffic eCommerce site to be profitable
• Working experience with eCommerce platforms preferably in a SaaS, startup or marketplace environment
• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker is a plus
• Prior working experience in Education industry or Edutech is advantageous
• Proficiency in SEO, social media & email marketing, and PPC
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
