- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector, leveraging industry insights and expertise in specific verticals.
- Strategically pursue and convert prospects into long-term, loyal clients.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with key accounts to foster customer satisfaction, retention, and incremental business growth.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, resolving concerns and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of air and ocean freight forwarding solutions, market dynamics, and customer expectations.

- Advanced proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
- Adept at building strategic relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting them into revenue.

- Flexible and adaptable to work in multicultural environments and meet extensive travel requirements.
