Roles & Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities:-

1. Lead and in-charge the Special Projects such as:-

a. To enhance the service quality of the Japanese Business;

b. To establish customer benefit services with vendors;

c. To introduce Japanese hospitality and culture to our employees, distribution channel, clients and society.

2. Report in Japanese regularly to our Head Office in Tokyo.

3. Underwrites and specialize in Marine Hull and other general insurance classes.

4. Provide customer service in Japanese to Japanese clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters.

5. Provide Japanese language support to staff in other departments, where appropriate.

6. Provide administrative support.

7. Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).

8. Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.

9. Plan renewal strategies for Japanese corporate clients.

10. Prepare underwriting quotations to clients in accordance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines.

11. Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.

12. Maintain clients’ details and information.

Job Requirements:-

1. Minimum Degree Holder qualification;

2. At least 10 years of experience in General Insurance industry;

3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese for handling local and Japanese clients;

4. Good understanding of doing Japanese business;

5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;

6. Able to multi-task, and is a team player, conscientious, tactful and willing to learn new skills;

7. Organized and has the ability to work under pressure;

8. Able to work independently and interact with different levels of customers;

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content across various channels including email automations, social media and website. Implement if necessary, new digital tools.
• Build and maintain content calendars, scheduling, community management and content rollout.
  Support the voice and tone of our brand across various social channels, ensuring alignment with Focus’ best practices.
• Manage production of static and video content on social media including but not limited to promotions, teasers and recaps.
• Provide live event and post-event coverage as needed. Including but not limited to courses, workshops and guest visits.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role (web, digital and social media).
• Expertise in writing email and social media ad copy independently and with the aid of productivity tools.
• Proficiency in content conceptualisation, graphic design and video editing.
• Ideal candidate should have an excellent command of English and proficiency in written Chinese as some work will involve translating and copywriting for audiences in China.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while being a good team player.
• Individuals with an interest in Pilates and/or Physiotherapy will have an advantage.

Manager/AM/Senior Executive, Marketing

We are looking for a qualified candidate who encompasses digital marketing and content writing competencies to support the Marketing & Sales team at the London School of Business & Finance.

Matrix reporting to Director of Commercial in India and Associate Director of Domestic Sales & Marketing, you will analyze market data, create digital ad copies, manage local events, and oversee brand identity development for the School.

Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Performance:

· Manage Google PPC, Social Media ads copies and Google Affiliate briefs that supports sales funnel/activities.

· Work with the HQ/overseas agencies and teams to deliver effective campaigns and manage the performance of all digital campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Third Party websites), analyzing campaign data to improve results.

· Perform benchmarking of competitor offerings and analyzing market research/data on customer segments, customer profiles and journeys in support of developing effective marketing campaigns

Content Development and Design:

• Develop and implement an audience-first content marketing strategy and editorial plan across platforms (blog, social media, website, EDM).
• Create compelling narratives and copy (both long and short formats).

• Lead website audits to ensure accuracy and ensure compliance with accreditations.

Communications:

• Support communications efforts by developing ad copies, speeches, and media relations.

• Liaise with stakeholders for approval of key artwork, press releases, and other materials.

Project Management:

• Manage content-related and special projects.

We are looking for a suitable candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing or communication.
• Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google Adwords, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS)
• Proficient in digital marketing channels and reporting tools, including Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Looker Studio, Google Analytics.

The Regional Marketing – APAC Team supports the branding and revenue growth priorities of the business in APAC. Working closely with regional sales teams across Southeast Asia, India, Greater China, Australasia, Japan, and Korea, the team aims to drive brand awareness and business growth through diverse marketing channels and tactics.

Job Overview:
The main objective of this role is to drive demand generation and brand awareness via marketing campaigns. These multi-channel campaigns typically leverage various tactics – namely events, webinars email, paid media and content. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple channels, with a particular focus on events and webinars. The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Regional Marketing, Events APAC, and collaborate with colleagues within the APAC marketing team and across functions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with regional marketing managers across all APAC markets to support the planning and execution of regional events and webinar initiatives, including conceptualization, attendee recruitment, content creation, and post-event analysis
• Build a deep understanding of the Southeast Asia and India markets to identify opportunities for branding and demand generation
• Plan and execute multi-channel and email campaigns for the Southeast Asia and India markets from conceptualization to post-event reporting & analysis
• Support in managing partnerships with industry influencers such as associations in the region
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales and research teams
• Travel upto 4 times in an year

What you’ll bring to us:

• 2-3+ years as a B2B marketer, focused on demand generation and brand growth. Experience with events will be advantageous
• A bachelor’s degree in a field such as marketing, communications, journalism, business, or finance, or relevant industry experience
• A team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate across geographies
• Proficiency in English – strong communication, writing, and
• editing skills. Fluency in a second East Asian language is advantageous but not a requirement
• Keen problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
