Project implementation
• Facilitate and monitor the Group or Regional projects’ implementation and progress, including but not limited to Diversity, Employee Engagement/wellbeing, MSM, Compensation Survey, VCS, Salary Structure design, Total Capital, Performance Share, TotalEnergies Survey, HR Assistance, etc.
• Provide counseling to small affiliates when necessary
• Design quarterly Regional HR Calendar and projects updates to share with APME affiliates
Annual Performance Review(APR) and Manager Review
• Be responsible for launching and following APR campaign in the region (including but not limited to campaign kick-off, technical trouble shooting by providing procedure guidelines and counsels needed by affiliates)
• Assist with the preparation of APMO Mancom N-1 EIA calibration meeting
• Provide data analysis from APR results by countries/affiliates and propose optimization proposals
TotalEnergies Survey (TES) and Pulse Survey
• Be responsible for launching and tracking the completion rate of TES and Pulse Survey campaign
• Collect affiliates’ TES action plans and follow up the implementation, share some best practices with affiliates when necessary.
HRIS Maintenance/Optimization
• Collaborate with Paris and affiliates to maintain/update timely the information in HRIS (including but not limited to HR4U, IDEAL, HRCount, Sogreat, etc.)
• Ensure integrity and consistency of information in HRIS and Global database as request
• Propose and implement framework for HRIS management in the region
• Prepare communication and trainings to support the users in the implementation of HRIS
• Work with affiliates to ensure all transactions are properly managed in terms of data accuracy
• Create new data values to ensure relevancy of job data for employee
• Identify and close all data gaps for critical employee information (division, job title, job/company admission date etc.)
• Execute and document of all required reports through HRIS with efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain and update the regional movements of Job Grade 12 and above employees in HRIS database
• Liaise with vendors and Paris on various troubleshooting of technical issues
HR Reporting and Data Collection/Analysis
• Set up Data Collection Process and Guideline to enhance Data quality.
• Collect and consolidate HR Dashboard data from affiliates including but not limited to HC, Recruitment, Departure, Diversity etc.
• Contact affiliates frequently for data and information exchange to make sure the prioritized reporting, survey or data submission to group and region are done accurately and timely
• Annual PC/BU HC collection and analysis, prepare waterfall presentation slides
• Proceed HR data analysis and present the trend and findings to line manager
• Use Power BI to do up visualizations for HR Dashboard and Recruitment Diversity Dashboard
• Keep all APMO subsidiaries shareholding updated twice a year, as at 1 January and 1 July.
• Maintain the contact information of the affiliate HR and Managements by quarterly
• Collect HR Highlights from targeted countries by quarterly
Regional Expats Tax Management and Coordination
• Led and managed al KPMG-related queries and invoices independently and worked with Finance to process all payments
• Responsible for and processed all payments in Regional HR team by working with Finance team to ensure timely payment to all vendors
HR Communication & Events
• Regularly organize Regional HR Webinars
• Regularly collect HR news from affiliates and post on HR intranet (WAT) and proactively optimize the intranet
• Assist to organize regional HR Seminar/webinar/team activities from time to time
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration etc.
• Above 10 years’ working experience in HR function, and knowledge in C&B, HRIS is a plus
• Strong data analysis skills, task and detail oriented, ability to process data with sensitivity and accuracy
• Good communication skills, proactive and keen to learn
• Able to work independently, a good team player
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
