• Process all customer quotation by making competitive and clear business proposals
• Participate in customer visits and trade shows
• Maintain good working relationship with customers
• Maintain an up-to-date customer contact database
• Provide basic technical support to the customer
• Propose alternatives and participate in upselling when there is a need to
• Notified customer when there is delivery delays
• Follow up on quotes on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Aerospace / engineering / business or equivalent
• inside / pre-sales / sales support experience in any industry will be a plus
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques
• Writing sales proposal
• Comfortable working in seletar area
• Work arrangement : 5 day work week at the moment in the office
• Training given to candidate with no experience

Job Description:

• Support customer inquiries, contract creation, order tracking, and drafting email responses.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in achieving order completion targets.
• Help manage the business process from inquiry to delivery, including organizing data and filing documents.
• Follow company guidelines and assist the supervisor with business-related tasks.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• Proven sales experience; experience as a sales coordinator or in an administrative role (Not Mandatory)

• Located in Woodlands
