Skills and Qualifications:

1. Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
2. A proven track record in Marketing Management position
3. Technical/engineering knowledge will be an advantage.
4. Minimum 5 years of Sales and Marketing Management Experience in Consumer Durables, preferably in Home appliances, Electrical and Cooking appliances
5. Experienced with PSI Inventory Management, Product Strategy, Development and Launches
6. Keen Commercial Awareness to analyse Market and develop Strong and Effective Marketing Strategies
7. Strong Analytical and Mathematical skills with a strong Business/Commercial acumen and Strong Financial Planning and Control so as to achieve profitability
8. Good people skills and a Team Player.
9. Strong MSN Office skills especially Outlook and Excel.
10. Strong command of English and Mandarin. (Note: The nature of the job, involves extensive communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and Vendors)
11. Possess class 3 license and preferably own a Car.

Key Job Scope (Events)

· Work closely with the clients to identify the clients’ needs and expectations

· Engage contractors to deliver good design concepts and design proposals

· Responsible for planning and project execution – monitor and inspect the progress of the project to ensure that it is being implemented based on good quality, finishings and standards, and that project is on schedule and within budget

· Coordinate with different trade contractors on their work schedules and ensure that safety management system is implemented on site at all time

· Attend to and resolve all site issues

· Upon completion of the project, analyse and scrutinize details as well as compile defects checklist and all other necessary documents and certifications for handover to clients so as to bring the project to a closure

· Arrange and prepare agenda / minutes for meetings, compile weekly reports including post events report, etc.

· Coordinate with sales/marketing and editorial teams on special design promotional materials

· Oversee web design with website creation and social media platforms to create awareness and direct traffic to the target audience

Position Summary:

As a Marketing & Communications Manager (APAC) of Jet Aviation, you will report to Senior Manager Marketing & Communications (APAC) and work with the global Marketing and Communications teams on the planning and implementation of marketing and communication projects and initiatives, with a particular focus on the APAC region. These will be in-line with the global marketing and communication communications strategy, which supports the organization’s vision, business imperatives and priorities. You will be responsible for enhancing the awareness and positioning of Jet Aviation across APAC and ensure full integration across all marketing and communication channels and work to deliver a positive multi-channel experience for internal and external stakeholders. The candidate must be able to work with multiple teams simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and connect unexpected threads across disparate delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans in line with Jet Aviation’s APAC business priorities to drive revenue and growth
• Work as a strategic business partner to the SVP Regional Operations APAC and their leadership team, shaping marketing and communications initiatives within the region
• Partner with the Business Development, Sales and Operations teams to execute and drive targeted marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions, and to achieve business goals
• Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts in APAC including events, advertisements and promotional material
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives; define and create specific strategies and tactics to meet marketing needs applying print, online, social media, and all other appropriate media
• Develop and execute communication plans such as intranet stories to generate excitement, awareness, and adoption among target audiences
• Lead, manage and activate regional marketing trade shows, conferences, or other type events, ensuring smooth execution and maximum attendance and follow up activities for demand generation and pipeline acceleration
• Manage and adhere to allocated annual department budget while achieving performance and campaign goals
• Close collaboration with Global Digital, Communications, Events and the US and EMEA colleagues to ensure marketing and communications initiatives in APAC are aligned and on brand at all times
• Other duties as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Marketing Communications role or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a similar area of study
• Strong writing skills in various formats
• Ability to work against short deadlines, manage multiple projects and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Ability to travel to trade shows and to regional meetings if needed, travel up to 15%-20% depending on the business needs
• Experience working as a business partner to senior leadership
• Solution-oriented, independent thinker with a growth mindset and strong analytical skills
• Ability to think outside the box to support and implement constantly evolving, effective marketing and communication campaigns
• Must have good computer skills, including strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience in SharePoint, InDesign, Photoshop, and HubSpot is a plus but not required
• Strong international and cultural understanding

• Perform CAD/CAM programming
• Simple setting up of work piece and tooling set up
• Perform machine maintenance

• Ensure work procedures conforms to ISO & AS standards

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Prepare setup work instruction and tool list for production use

Requirement

• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC milling / Turning centre.
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team
• Understanding of tooling criteria, machining applications and process documentation
• Min ITE Technical Certificate, preferably in Precision Metal Machining

Responsibilities:

• To Perform visual and NDT inspection on aircraft components
• To perform system checks of the NDT processes
• Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document the results
• Familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique / method which is certified
• Have the skills and knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard
• Capable of developing work procedures / instructions from process specifications or standards
• Work closely in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Data Cards, Process Controls to achieve the highest quality of work.

Requirements:

• NITEC qualification in Engineering or Diploma In Engineering
• Possess NDT Level 2 (ASNT/APCN Aero/NAS 410/En 4179) in ET and PT or MT
• At least 2 years experience in the NDT inspection for aircraft components
• Candidate who passed M10,CO1CAAS paper will be advantage
• Salary range is commensurate with experience
• Candidates must be able to meet near vision & color perception requirement
