Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all operations, including profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
Create store action plans to drive KPIs. (i.e. Quality Audits, Sales Targets).
Stock control (Orders, inventory, consumption, etc)
Ensure that quality standards are maintained always.
Recommending effective solutions to increase company sales and operations performance.
Supply Chain department - Liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, manage problems with deliveries,
coordination
HR department - All staff-related matters and ensuring that processes are aligned with HR policy and
cooperating in interviews and demand staff calculation.
Conduct annual performance/appraisals and review pay packages for all staff.
Training department - To come up with SOPs, evaluation of training, training
of the staff of the stores, developing Training materials for in-house courses.
Liaise with finance team, logistic department in a prompt manner.
Reviewing business performance reports on a monthly basis and provide recommendations to improve on
operational issues and implement corrective measures.
Responsive and availability during the operation time of the stores.
Constantly keep in close contact with suppliers to source for competitive raw materials for the business.

Requirements:
Ability to transmit ideas and vision, verbal and written.
Project management and operations skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a multitask environment.
Written and verbal communication capacity in English (mainly)
Microsoft environment experience (Word, Excel, Power Point). Ability to prepare reports,
especially in Excel.
Valuable experience in quality control systems, ISO or similar is perferred

XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and has passion in the marketing field, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, communication, and other media-related engagement.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events and partnerships for local and regional business expansion strategies.
• Develop market intelligence/research to support tactical digital marketing planning and campaign execution for enrolment opportunities.
• Strategize and plan all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, A/B testing, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaign.
• Media Agency Management to execute local and overseas digital marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct social listening and analyse findings.
• Identify best practices and trends to create visually impactful messaging.
• Review websites and propose enhancement for performance and user experience optimization.
• Support Marketing and Admissions in other tasks, as reasonably requested.

Person Specifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other relevant courses.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in digital marketing and Google Analytics is required.
• Experience working with digital marketing tools (Semrush, Ahref etc.)
• Passionate about social media.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English language skills.
• Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, resilience to work through tight deadlines and challenges that arise.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in working in a school environment is an added advantage.
