Participates in cross functional projects partnering with finance & non finance functions like Corporate Controllership Organization, Corporate Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Development, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Order Management.

• Provides leadership and mentoring in a tax specialty.
• Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects and processes.
• Leads the design/ delivery of new programs/ processes; is the key technical contributor.
• Solves complex, high impact tax problems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or University Degree or equivalent.
• May have Masters Degree in Taxation.
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant experience. Big 4 Accounting Firm and MNC tax background preferred.
• Strong direct and indirect tax technical knowledge and ability to apply. Demonstrated experience with Singapore and regional tax is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
