• Collaborating with sales leadership to design and execute strategies that align with company goals
• Develop sales targets and forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales team performance
• Tracking KPIs (key performance indicators) and provide actionable insights to improve overall sales performance
• Designing and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Creating dashboards and reports to track metrics such as revenue, pipeline health, win rates, and quota attainment
• Analysing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, then suggest improvements.
• Evaluating and implementing tools for lead generation, sales analytics, and automation
• Training and supporting Area Sales Managers in effectively using these tools
• Working with Marketing team to ensure seamless lead handovers and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborating on pricing strategies, commission structures, and revenue recognition
• Monitoring and managing the sales operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Leading cross-functional projects and support Area Sales Managers in achieving their objectives

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years retail Operations role , preferably food perishables
• Own motor bike or car
• Proficient in data analysis and creating actionable insights
• Strong ability to communicate across teams and with leadership
• Capable of addressing process inefficiencies and aligning solutions with business goals
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in a managerial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software, preferably Dynamics365

Job Description

• Answering of calls, attend to customers enquiries.
• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Prepare and print product labelling.
• Manage inventory control.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by team lead.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least O Level.
• General knowledge in computer usage.
• With or without working experience in related field are welcome.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Google tools.
• Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
• On job training for some online or offline system.
• Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00.
• Working day pattern: 5 days per week, rest on weekends.
• Preferably to be able to start work immediately.
• Location: Senoko area, few bus stops away from Woodlands North MRT Station (TE1).

Roles & Responsibilities

JOBSCOPE

Manage and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales on intero.com and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Q10 and TikTok, Retailers on line portal) and creating compelling campaigns.

Manage day to day tasks that include creating and optimising product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.

Assist to execute marketing campaigns to drive targeted website traffic and increase conversions.

Manage and update facebook/ Instagram in-house website content, design, and features to ensure a seamless user experience.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Generate sales report and work with Finance Department for finance reporting, ensuring smooth financial accounting process.

Support ecommerce administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in E-commerce management and digital marketing

2 to 3 years of ecommerce experience with proven track record of success in driving online sales.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to new ideas

Proficient in Photoshop/ Illustrator/ PrestaShop / Canva platform
Photography skills will be an advantage

Woocommerce or wordpress knowledge preferred.
