Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Executive, Digital Marketing to elevate our digital presence and drive customer engagement. In this role, you will plan, execute, and monitor impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms, playing a vital part in shaping our ad and communications strategy. Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Content Strategy Development

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

Traffic & Conversion Optimisation

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Performance Specialist role directly impacts the success of paid digital marketing campaigns. Role Overview:

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing media strategies with industry media, enhancing visitor experiences, and developing high-quality marketing content. • Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to optimize costs.
• Plan and monitor inbound shipments from overseas and local suppliers.
• Track and monitor unloading and loading costs.
• Investigate claims related to shortages, defective parts, or mis-supply.
• Prepare orders and monthly reports as required.

Requirements:

• Nitec or higher qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or after-sales support.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $3,200 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS.
• Location: 4 Tuas Ln, Singapore 638613.
• Transport: Company pick-up at Pioneer MRT, Choa Chu Kang MRT, Potong Pasir MRT, and Yew Tee MRT at 7:30 AM, with return drop-off.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
