As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our regional sales team by equipping them with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies.

In short, you’ll be driving the success of Qashier and the sales team in the following ways:

1. Content Development:

• Create and curate sales collateral, training materials, and resources to support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure the development of compelling and effective sales content is aligned with the company's messaging and positioning.

2. Training & Onboarding:

• Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and efficient integration into the sales team.
• Develop ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, keeping them up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and competitive insights.

3. Sales Process Optimisation:

• Analyze and optimise the sales process end-to-end to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement in the sales cycle and implement solutions to address those challenges.

4. Technology Integration & Management:

• Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Provide guidance on the effective use of CRM, sales automation, and other sales tools to maximise sales team performance.

5. Metrics and Analytics:

• Monitor sales KPIs and metrics and measure the success and impact of sales enablement initiatives.
• Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across the sales process.

What you should bring along

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales/sales operations/sales enablement. Experience in point of sale, payments and/or retail/F&B operations is a plus
• Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies. Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus
• Proven ability in building scalable sales enablement processes and systems
• Strong sense of ownership and results driven

Primary job objective is to hunt and drive sales opportunities in the assigned territory for Hitachi Solutions offerings in Microsoft Dynamics 365.  Secondary objective is to manage assigned accounts for more up sell and cross sell opportunity and day to day account management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify opportunities to achieve sales booking targets.

About the Team 

As part of the Digital Acquisition Strategy and Operations team (DASO), our Ad Operations Intern  will get to work on various impactful projects related to the operational and strategic success of our team. These complex and data-driven projects will help aid in the success of ServiceNow’s digital ad campaigns. Our goal is to centralize and scale the digital marketing efforts within ServiceNow and ultimately drive success for our stakeholders. We work with many teams across ServiceNow like the Global Campaigns, Talent and Event Marketing teams to execute and drive their paid media programs. The role requires an acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies and a passion for discovery deep diving into data to find actionable insights.  Our Ad Ops team loves to collaborate, support each other, take on challenges, learn and have fun together. 

Successful Candidate will: 

·                Gain a solid understanding of how programmatic display, video, and social media platforms work to help us deliver and optimize ServiceNow digital campaigns to our target customers. 

·                Learn how to utilize a variety of tools that help us acquire new customers via our digital channels. 

·                Create and update operational manuals and checklists across the entire team that will improve efficiency with the launch and management of our digital campaigns.

Successful Candidates will be involved many of the activities below:

              Support the Account-based Marketing (ABM) marketers in managing campaign setup and marketing activity plan processes in order to operationalize our ABM programs

•              Ensure that marketing programs are running properly, and lead flow is accurately credited for each customer, check pacing to be sure we are on track with our ABM plans. 

•              Assist the ABM marketers in curating content for marketing campaigns, interlock with global and APAC extended teams for content needs

The Specialist Sales Planning and Operations will be the lynchpin between the Sales team and internal and external key stakeholders. The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for establishing new channel accounts and manage current channels and contact points. The role serves as the primary contact point to channel partners for all their requirements with a primary focus for sales via channel partners.
