Responsibilities:

• To prepare, maintain, communicate, and coordinate diverse commercial administration in support of all sales activities.
• Materials will include price lists, quotations, product specifications, datasheets, Technical Service Enquiries, sales master data, and other documentation as required by systems, companies, agents an customers
• Maintain, communicate and coordinate internal online ordering platform.
• Support and communicate closely with other departments, maintaining records of sales data and promotly assist customer enquiries. 
• Own the customer relationship for designated customers/territories including price setting within defined limits.
• Prepare commercial quotations in response to new customer enquiries. Informing customers of pricing and otl contractual conditions within agreed guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with agreed procedures and take the decision when to escalate issues for approval plan and prioritise daily workload within guidelines.
• Regular direct contacts with customers requiring appropriate commercial sensitivity and communication style of the customer relationship.
• Broad knowledge of systems & processes (e.g. ERP, CRM). Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement administrative systems

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant.
• Technologically savvy – proven experience as administrator of online ordering platform/ system, able to navigate backend settings and troubleshoot order variance.
• Experience working in MNC organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Contract role for 1 year, subject to renewable and convertible to permanent.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of electronic key management systems and other security systems in Singapore
• Prepare and conduct presentations to customers
• Prepare and send sales quotations to customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets set
• Prepare monthly sales reports to management
• Build and maintain good relations and rapport with our customers and distributors
• Work closely with operations department to ensure delivery is able to meet with customers’ requirements
• Assist to attend to enquiries at exhibitions and events where required
• Understand market trends and keep updated with industry requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Marketing / Engineering (Electronics/Electrical) / Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Relevant working experience in the security industry is a plus
• Keen interest in sales and marketing
• Good communication skills and proficient in English and Chinese
• PC proficient and well-versed in MS Office applications
• Responsible, meticulous and able to work with tight deadlines
• Able to work independently with little supervision and be a team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Development Team with the preparation of sales proposals and tender preparation ensuring our offers meet customers’ requirements and expectations.
• Manage detailed layout design for the development pipeline of solar energy projects. Evaluate project siting constraints, solar module, inverter, and racking technologies, considerations, and solar resource data to maximize project value.
• Conduct site visits to support site evaluation, suitability, and due diligence efforts.
• Manage relationships with various equipment vendors, contractors, and third-party engineering firms. Collaborate with third party experts to identify key trends in the industry and facilitate training opportunities for the project engineering team.
• Source for new leads and manage the pipeline of leads and contracts.
• Support Project Management Team during the implementation of the project.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Possess at least a Nitec/Diploma, or Professional Degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in doing sales and enthusiastic in achieving sales target set by the company.
• Able to work independently and highly self-driven.
• Possess confident, initiative, proactive, commitment and result oriented.
• Possess good interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prefer to possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
• Competent with Microsoft Windows and Office
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be advantageous.
