Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the sales director, you will be responsible to make outbound sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
• Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account
  potential, industry trends and sales strategies.
• Effectively profile target accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: You work as part of an office-based admin support to the ECS team of 4 sales engineers/director; coordinating between the sales team with customer/prospect visits, calls and e-mail.

• Provide support to Outdoor Sales Team on quotations and proposals
• Manage and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries
• Handling of incoming calls and collections
• Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment
