Singapore as part of our Marketing function.

Your Role: You will be the go-to person for the Money20/20 Asia Marketing team for the delivery and execution of

digital marketing campaigns on Marketo and acts as the key link between the brand and the key functions of the

Ascential Digital Marketing team. This role reports to the Ascential Marketing Automation Manager with a dotted line to

the Operations Marketing Manager and to the Money20/20 Asia Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the development and execution of the email marketing programs, including audience, program creation,

testing, scheduling and deployment, with ongoing evaluation for continuous improvement.

● Oversee the setup, timely delivery, and specification compliance of creative and digital assets (e.g., emails,

forms, landing pages,) for activation.

● Initiate campaign/program kick-off sessions with internal contributors and stakeholders.

● Ensure accurate naming conventions and UTM parameters for Marketo programs and assets, ensuring

consistency and ease of reporting.

● Monitor campaign delivery timelines, escalating blockers or delays as needed.

Your Experience

● Marketo expertise is essential, with a Marketo Certification being highly preferred.

● Proficiency in Salesforce is required.

● Extensive, proven experience in digital marketing operations and automation.

● Strong background in building B2B audiences in Marketo, utilizing advanced and complex filters at both the

company and individual levels.

● Expertise in developing templated email programs and scaling activities through targeted audience

segmentation. Skilled in Marketo email campaign reporting and creating precise, targeted lists for telesales

teams.

● Broad exposure to a variety of marketing tactics, including emails (mandatory), webinars, and trade shows.

• Work with partners and Business Professional teams (including commercial pricing and legal project management) to enhance and improve our commercial offering and efficiency.

Brand, Communications and Marketing

• Work closely with the regional BCM team on building our profile and brand across for South East Asia market, including proactive reputation management, market positioning and profile-raising plans.

• Take an external view with the aim to build profile and pipeline opportunities (e.g. sponsorships, PR, thought leadership and other marketing campaigns).

• Oversee multiple marcomms projects, including the delivery of directory/awards submissions, client collateral and product positioning statements.

• Deliver on key strategic client initiatives, campaigns and events for the Southeast Asia practice, ensuring strong cross-practice involvement and collaboration on all flagship initiatives, with a view to deliver strong ROI and revenue generating opportunities.

Operational Management

• Work with Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations to bring ChatGPT Enterprise to large global customers.
• Create and implement customer success plans that outline goals, challenges, KPIs, and timelines.
• Strategize and execute initiatives to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage the relationship with Product for large customers who are pushing the product's limits.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships team on strategies and models involving third parties and system integrators.
• Serve as an AI thought leader, combining industry expertise to drive the adoption of transformative technology, and share insights with the Customer Success team.
• Conduct use case development and enablement sessions across regions and business lines.
• Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to inform product planning.
• Work closely with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs between pre-sale and post-sale processes.
• Proactively address potential risks to renewals or user churn and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Foster customer advocacy and facilitate customer testimonials and case studies.
• Travel approximately 15% of the time to nurture strong relationships and better understand customer goals.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Have 8+ years of experience in customer success (or similar roles), preferably with technical enterprise products.
• Have 5+ years managing relationships with large, global, complex organizations.
• Have experience working with global 1000 Enterprise customers and managing success programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Are skilled at building deep relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Have served as a thought leader with your customers.
• Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with executives and leaders.
• Can identify product pain points and customer challenges.
• Have a humble attitude, a strong desire to help others, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Are highly motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Are personally committed to fostering the safe and ethical development of AI.
