Join Our Team as Product Marketing Manager
Are you a results-driven product marketing professional with a passion for sustainable energy solutions? We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the go-to-market strategy for our innovative battery storage systems, EV chargers, and other clean energy products. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in defining our product positioning, creating compelling messaging, and driving adoption of our solutions across global markets.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for understanding market trends, identifying customer needs, and working closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure our offerings are well-positioned for success. You will oversee the development of product collateral, multi-channel campaigns, and launch strategies to communicate the benefits of our cutting-edge products in the energy storage and electric vehicle charging sectors.

Key Accountabilities
Product Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and growth objectives.
- Identify key product features, benefits, and differentiators to create targeted messaging and positioning strategies.
- Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment across global and regional markets.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Craft clear, compelling, and consistent product messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the company’s products from competitors.
- Tailor messaging for different customer segments and stages of the buyer journey, ensuring it addresses customer pain points and highlights product value.
Sales Enablement & Support:
- Create sales enablement materials such as product presentations, case studies, product demos, and battle cards that empower the sales team to effectively position the product and close deals.
- Train and support the sales team on product features, benefits, and value propositions to ensure successful customer conversations.
Go-to-Market Execution & Campaign Management:
- Lead the execution of product launches and marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all elements are aligned. This includes developing campaign assets, coordinating activities across digital, sales, and customer support teams, and tracking campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Use insights to inform product strategy, messaging, and marketing tactics, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry shifts and customer expectations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., product adoption, customer feedback, market share) and marketing campaign results (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates).
- Provide regular performance reports and use data to optimize future marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market efforts.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success, and design teams to align product marketing strategies with business priorities and customer needs.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication to drive successful product outcomes and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
- Relevant certifications in product marketing, digital marketing, or related areas are a plus (e.g., HubSpot Product Marketing Certification, Pragmatic Marketing Certification).
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successful product launches, go-to-market strategies, and driving product growth.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C product marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
- Proven experience working closely with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement materials.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience in the electronics industry is an advantage.
