Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that support our business objectives.
Marketing Campaigns
- Act as the primary marketing partner for business units to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that align with KPIs.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Event Marketing
- Plan and execute events to enhance customer engagement and support client acquisition efforts.
- Organize and manage events such as webinars, conferences and roadshows that engage existing customers and attract new prospects.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Leverage digital platforms to target key audiences.
- Track and measure the success of campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Present insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Social Media and Content Creation
- Oversee social media strategy, ensuring engaging content and strong audience engagement.
- Plan and execute content creation, copywriting and basic artwork creation/editing.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Branding, Performance Marketing and/or Communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to drive effective marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Emplifi, Google Ads Manager, Appsflyer or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience in A/B testing and optimizing creatives and landing pages.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Versatility to adapt and take on ad hoc responsibilities that may be outside the prescribed JD.
- Independence and ability to think strategically and critically.
- Meticulousness, especially when it comes to the vetting of marketing deliverables
