Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the identification and development of sales opportunities for Building testing services for the construction industry.
• Manage & service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets.
• Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other events to potential customers.
• Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries and feedback.
• Generate prompt and accurate quotations for inquiries.
• Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
• Identify, develop and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant fields
• Preferably with at least 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Prior work experience in the construction, building or infrastructure industry is preferred.
• Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
• Mature, self-disciplined, and results-driven

Responsibilities:

The person will conduct agency reviews and trend analysis to identify potential gaps and areas for
improvement, and implement enhanced framework for the distribution reps so that they can conduct proper sales advisory processes for their policyholders and provide them with quality advice and suitable recommendations.
