As Business Program Manager you will work closely with SE&O (Sales Enablement and Operations) Lead, across one or more countries in ASEAN, in driving the rhythm-of-the-business, team communications and team connectedness, and management processes. You will partner closely with the SE&O Lead to support and contribute to special projects (from Region/Area). You must have the ability to think strategically at an Area/Country level and effectively develop key processes, procedures and communications that facilitate business planning and execution. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support to build comprehensive business review materials. This role is part of the Area BSO (Business and Sales Operations) team within ASEAN SE&O organization.
Responsibilities
Business Program Excellence and Execution
- Provide support to SE&O Lead for the IAP (Innovation Acceleration Programme) rhythm of business (RoB) to ensure participants and stakeholders are responding according to the necessary cadence.
- Works with cross-functional team (Finance, Sales Excellence etc.) and supports collaborations with the leadership team to gather information to support development of storytelling content to articulate strategies, results, and goals for RoB.
- Work with SE&O Lead to define and execute the Landing and Communication plans, such as the target audience(s) and communication strategy. Works across teams (e.g. Segment leaders, Finance, GTM, BSO) to ensure all program requirements are understood and can be met.
- Supports and contributes to the tracking of success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Results [OKRs] and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]), such as quality, adoption, usage, impact, and effectiveness for the program.
Business Program Management
- Contributes to a portfolio of projects including the project plan, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for complex programs. Communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.
Planning
- Support SE&O Lead in the planning process engaging the respective accountable parties to align and follow up on key milestones, planning decisions and deliverables
- Localize Workback plan with the guidance from SE&O Lead and Area BPM Lead
Special Projects/Programs and Initiatives
- Support landing Corporate/Region/Area guidance on cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage complex business needs.
- Engages in project management or may act as a project/program manager to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts that require hands-on coordination across multiple functional disciplines and business organizations.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Ops, HR, Finance is preferred.
- Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs.
- Highly collaborative problem solver that can synthesize and rationalize feedback and inputs from multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinker and effective communicator to influence executive decision makers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities across worldwide based talent in multiple time zones.
- Flexibility to handle directional changes with the ability to juggle moving priorities to ensure project success.
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
- Ability to assess business needs, prioritize accordingly and escalate appropriately.
