• Complete performance requirements under the supervision of the Leasing Manager
• Release office rental information through various media channels

Job Scope

• Support in developing and executing strategies to drive business in new markets.

• Building and managing a sales network.

• Handle day to day operations for purchasing, new product sourcing and/or supplier quality management.

• Invite quotations, evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service/support, availability, eligibility, production capabilities, supplier's reputation/history and complete purchase requisitions for approval.
