Role Description

The position reports directly to the Chief Operation/Sales Officer. A Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets while integrating marketing strategies. They lead and motivate the sales team, setting objectives and developing plans to meet company goals. Key responsibilities include creating sales strategies, forecasting revenue, and analyzing market trends. They also collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and promotions. Purpose
