Responsibilities:
· Manage and process employee reimbursements and claims, ensuring timely submission, tracking, and approvals. Maintain accurate records and liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies, pantry items, and stationery.
· Responsible for verifying utilities, office rental, cleaning services and other ad hoc invoices from tax or other back-office invoices; and ensuring payments are made promptly.
· Conduct interviews and manage recruitment processes for new hires and oversee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
· Assist in the preparation and administration of monthly payroll.
· Preparing and managing relevant bidding documents, coordinating communication with suppliers, and ensuring the procurement bidding process is conducted smoothly and transparently.
· Liaise effectively with the headquarters team in China to ensure efficient task execution.
· Official document handling and seal application procedures.
· Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
· Assist in any routine and ad-hoc HR & Admin & Purchasing duties assigned by company management.
Requirements:
· Possess minimum Bachelor Degree.
· Possess good and fluent Mandarin & English speaking, writing, reading and listening skill in order to liaise with mandarin-speaking customer and supplier.
· Possess a good working attitude and able to work independently.
· Able to work with deadlines and under pressure
