Job Responsibilities:

・Support the operations and activities of the Marketing Team (both digital and non-digital).
・Liaise with the Japanese headquarters to ensure strategic alignment, including planning and management.
・Translate documents between English and Japanese for communication with the headquarters and the Singapore branch office.
・Working closely with the Marketing to plan, explore, and propose strategies to the Japan headquarters.
・Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in Japan and Singapore to drive projects forward and ensure successful project delivery.
・Perform other ad-hoc project and duties assigned by Management.
・Undertake ad-hoc tasks related to marketing activities as required.

Job Requirements:

・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
・Proficiency in Japanese is required for this role to translate documents and interpret during meetings between local employees and the board of directors in Japan.
・Experience in translating Japanese to English or English to Japanese is advantageous.
・Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
・Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team with a cooperative attitude.
・Organized, reliable and able to multi-task

Key Responsibilities

• Perform checks on representatives’ fact-find forms.
• The checks are supplementary to what the sales leaders have reviewed.
• Pick out administrative errors including incorrect calculations, documentation inconsistencies and other administrative errors.
• Provide list of errors to sales leaders for their next action.
• Data entry of information into Excel for tracking and reporting purpose.

Experience
