Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably selling to business leaders and finance teams, with a track record of multi-year top performance. At least 2+ years in leading a small team.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder from an accredited university.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
• Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organisations.
• Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

As a Startup Lead at Airwallex, you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower startups across Singapore. You will be a key driver in establishing Airwallex as the default financial platform for this dynamic and rapidly growing segment. This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion for our key products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the startup segment in Singapore. Define our value proposition, refine sales pitches, and adapt strategies based on performance data and market trends.
