IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

• Be the Snowflake technical leader and build strong relationships with senior technical leaders for the AWS / Azure Partnerships.
• Grow and share your AWS / Azure knowledge as part of a collaborative team, providing Snowflake architectural and technical guidance to AWS / Azure SAs, strategic prospects, customers, and partners
• Work together with a team of experts for AWS / Azure on Snowflake and collaborate on enablement strategy for broader Snowflake Sales Engineering teams
• Scale through the Partner Sales Engineering team to ensure the strategic system integrators(SIs) in APJ understand the value of Snowflake with AWS/Azure. Create and lead go-to-market solutions jointly with Snowflake, the SI and the CSP together.
• Work alongside the Partner Management team, providing collaborative technical thought leadership and insights to help guide their strategic initiatives.
• Engage constructively with the Product team, sharing customer feedback and insights to inform the evolution of Snowflake's product offerings
• Support the development of a variety of technical resources — including demos, white papers, blog posts, and interactive labs — to enhance the understanding and adoption of our joint solutions with AWS / Azure
• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for our joint solutions through various channels such as conferences, webinars, and marketing events, helping to grow awareness and engagement
• Stay actively informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitors to ensure Snowflake's offerings remain relevant and competitive
• Foster a collaborative environment with teams across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of Snowflake's products and overall market strategy
• Build assets to enable and train Snowflake Sales Engineers on partner integrations and solutions

• Strong knowledge of AWS / Azure based cloud architectures and services
• 10 years of experience working in some combination of data, analytics, and cloud environments
• Familiarity with large-scale database or data warehouse technologies and concepts, or designing / working with web applications at scale
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences and build architectures to solve their business problems
• Familiarity with SQL and Python
• Practical experience working with tools such as Snowflake, any of the native AWS / Azure native services, or other tools in the modern data ecosystem
• Experience in working with System Integrators on defining their go-to-market and presales strategies

• Build and implement sales strategies.

Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the company's business objectives. Ensure sustainable revenue and market share growth.

• Consult and introduce investment and immigration programs

Advise and provide detailed information on investment and immigration programs that suit clients' needs and goals. Ensure clients receive optimal and reliable solutions.

• Lead and train the sales team

Responsible for managing and leading the sales team, including training, skill development, and building an effective, motivated team capable of achieving company goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through communication, professional customer care activities, marketing sources, agents/referrals, personal relationships, etc.

• Manage the work reporting system

Manage and implement systematic tasks, update client information and sales progress. Prepare reports related to sales activities, clients, and work effectiveness.

• Develop partnership relationships

Develop and maintain relationships with partners such as banks, financial organizations, business associations, etc., to optimize the partner network and diversify customer referral sources, increasing sales opportunities.

• Customer care and ensure positive experience

Ensure clients receive the best care and a positive experience from product introduction to transaction completion, ensuring it meets their needs and expectations.

• Support and organize workshops and events

Participate in organizing and supporting the company’s periodic events and workshops, contributing to brand recognition and client/ partner connections.

• Proactively research and share market information

Research, update market trends, information about new immigration programs, and investment

opportunities. Proactively share this information with clients to provide them with an overview

and help them make informed investment decisions.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in high-end sales, team management, or infinancial services, real estate, investment consulting industries.

• Leadership skills: Effective team management and training skills, ability to build relationships with clients and partners.

• Communication skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer care abilities.

• Industry knowledge: Understanding of foreign investment and immigration programs, related

legal processes.

• Technology proficiency: Proficient in using sales support systems and tools for reporting.

• Mindset: Good thinking, long-term commitment to the immigration industry.
