JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handling of international brand account for hotel and clubs sector
• Visit potential customers and develop business opportunities
• Service existing customers and handle their enquiries regarding brand products
• Liaising and coordinating with brand principal
• Preparation of monthly sales reports to brand principal
• Implementation of promotions / strategies for products and services to brand principal
• Prepare quotation for all existing and potential customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Food Service experience handling FMCG products
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
• Strong interpersonal and human relation skills
• Proven Commercial / Negotiation skills

• Position : Sales Merchandiser
• Location : Loyang (Few bus stop from Pasir Ris MRT)
• Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
• Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $3000 Gross (Up to $2200 basic + $640 Transport allowance/reimbursement) + $80 mobile + AWS + High Commission (quarterly basis) + Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Service existing accounts and expand the product portfolio penetration in each account.
• Support the sales team by executing the trade plan displays, check and ensure
• promotions/discounts are executed accurately.
• Support product penetration strategy, to ensure the increase stock holding of fast-
• moving products are in place in accordance to the Key Account Manager’s direction.
• Monitor results and provide feedback to the sales team when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to customer coverage and frequency of the assigned accounts, defined
• by the organisation.
• Ensure excellent customer service quality.
• Keep up-to-date with new product knowledge and market intelligence.
• Reports submission – frequency to be defined by BU as deem fit:

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Diploma in relevant field. A background in a scientific discipline or a combination of
• scientific knowledge and relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Minimum 1-3 years of merchandising experience in key accounts management with focus in retail pharmacy industry & lower trade /wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end corporate channel including sales, availability, pricing, content listing, stovks, on-site visibility & traffic generation, order management &fulfilment, after-sales service etc.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing client relationships.
• Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Understand client or customer requirements to align our program to fit into their requirements leading to clients' higher participation and purchases.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of services for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and offerings.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs and expanding existing customer base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce enablement, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
