The Sr. Director, APAC Integrated Marketing needs to develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s domain and growing customer base to add value across field marketing campaigns that are both globally consistent and locally relevant to the target market. They will drive a collaborative partnership with regional sales and global marketing stakeholders by effectively deploying investment and leveraging data to meet and exceed targets. The successful candidate will also be expected to share best practices, as it relates to integrated campaigns and demand generation, pipeline progression across the Asia Pacific region and globally. This individual will also be expected to partner with other key functions and drive broader business initiatives.

Ideally role will be based in Singapore or Sydney.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer request and enquiries on Computer Components / Repair Service / PC Customisation
• Recommend the ideal Computer Components to customer according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing

• Assist in asset and banner creation for e-retail channels

• Plan, negotiate & track for monthly social visibility on key retailer channels
• Assist in PR launch campaigns

• Liaise with PR Agency to ensure PR stocks are sent to our partners on time

• Ensure that all post campaign reports are updated regularly

• Track competitors’ PR activities and share in monthly competitors report
• Fill in all Digital NIF for Sephora’s launch listing
• Ensure all listings on Department Stores are launched on-time

• Assist in the rolling out of CRM plans such as EDM planning and setup

Retail Marketing

• Support local promotions, events, and concepts to deliver on Brand KPIs
• Communicate with BCs to ensure that they are aware of the upcoming promotional campaigns and events
• Ensure day-to-day operational excellence of trade marketing activities
• Track in-store competitors’ activities and share in monthly competitors report
• Prepare in-store communications artworks

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Marine/Business/Marketing or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Marine Industry.
3. A strong technical knowledge of Marine Engines and Spare parts
4. Knowledge and understanding of the overseas markets, trading skills required.
5. Required to make business trips to developing countries and work in high stress sales environment and multitask.
6. Have the experience to station in developing countries.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.

• The incumbent is responsible for following up on repeat orders, sales leads, keeping customers data updated, sales reporting and payment.

• Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future Customer Engagement & Operations roadmap to drive the ServiceNow Customer Workflows platform
