• Develop good and long-term relations with Technical and commercial team of customers and invite them to visit Gattefosse Technical facility to demonstrate our capabilities and to generate key joint development projects.

Qualification

• Technical degree i.e., Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy. Candidate with an MBA or PhD in the related fields would be an added advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial and technical experience in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries

• Strong command of the English language; knowledge of one or more regional language is a plus, preferably Korean.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Accustomed to interacting with various levels of management and customers.

• Self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative personality, and a successful track record of sales management, and managing customers project and formulation development in a matrix environment.

• Frequent travel within the Asia territory is a must, and occasional travel to the regional office and the corporate office.

Key Account Management

• Responsible for achieving key account sales performance in alignment with the agreed annual sales budget and targets.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key accounts at the HQ level.
• Collaborate with key account buyers to receive updates, facilitate promotional activations, and conduct periodic reviews.
• Strategically plan, implement, and evaluate promotions to optimize cost efficiency, sales growth, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage promotional spending to ensure it remains within the allocated budget.
• Inform the Customer Service and Accounts Departments about confirmed promotions to ensure proper invoicing and claims alignment with the respective channel buyers.

Sales Operation Management

• Supervise and support the Sales Executive in driving the operational effectiveness of the sales team.
• Ensure the Sales Executive communicates updates on promotional activations and display guidelines to the sales team during monthly internal sales meetings.
• Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to share updates on upcoming promotional plans and other relevant matters.

Responsibilities:

• After market sales related promotion to existing customers in Singapore
• Regular " patrol " activity as pro-active maintenance promotion. Patrol / Check machine condition / Report / Service proposal with quotation & manage prospective / secure order / execute maintenance job by team
• Solutioning skills such as Troubleshooting / proper report and action order to the team.
• Compressor system improvement proposals
• Energy saving proposal with existing system diagnosis
• Help up and coordination with Sales & Marketing department. Job task share when the existing customer does machine replacement or expansion / upgrading orders.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering related academic
• More than 3 years experience in similar industry
• Possess Class 3 Driving License.

Requirement:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
