Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent value selling, communication and negotiation skills. Sales Manager is the main contact with the customer and is expected to meet the following expectations:

1. Lead, establish, develop, engage and improve relationships with existing and prospective customers through building long term, sustainable relationships with open and interactive communication.

• Hunt and initiate reach out to customers (both existing and new) to bring in new volumes and revenues for Veolia
• Build pipeline of new customers and projects for sustainable growth of revenue

2. Be the link between the customers and Veolia, involved in all aspects of customer management and customer service.

• EHS is the core of our activities in Toxic Industrial Waste treatment. Candidate will coordinate all aspects of our activities at the customer site and is personally responsible for ensuring we provide quality service safely to our customers
• Ensure timely update/ collation/ maintenance of information/ enquiries/ Tenders of customer in Salesforce, coordinate and profile waste/ SDS etc. to ensure proper records are kept for reference
• Coordinate internally within Veolia to finalise solutions (cost, treatment routes and for special waste that requires special handling) for the customer’s most difficult waste problems
• Prepare quotation/ proposals to customers showcasing Veolia’s capabilities in Toxic Industrial Waste treatment in Singapore
• Be customer’s point of contact for all matters (commercial and technical) with support from the technical team if necessary

3. Lead, gather and consolidate market information on the toxic industrial waste market in Singapore

• Market research of new opportunities, new plants, new potential customer
• Obtain information on key market for Veolia and the competition

Job Summary:

The Channel Sales will be responsible for driving and expanding D-Link's presence in the Singapore retail and superstore channels. This role will involve managing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring the successful promotion and sales of D-Link products, and achieving sales targets. The Channel Sales will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize retail distribution, improve brand visibility, and increase revenue within the retail sector. Key Responsibilities:

   Support retail partners with training on D-Link product features, benefits, and customer value propositions.
   
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats within the retail space.
   Provide feedback to D-Link's product and marketing teams based on insights from the retail channel.
   
5. Marketing & Promotions:Work closely with the marketing department to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches that drive foot traffic and sales.
   Ensure timely and effective promotional campaigns are implemented across retail partners to boost product sales.
   
6. Relationship Management:Serve as the main point of contact for all retail partner inquiries, ensuring excellent communication and a high level of customer service.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, retail sales, or account management, preferably in the technology or networking industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Singapore retail landscape, including experience working with IT superstores, large retail chains, and e-commerce platforms.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities; analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting
