Job Summary:
This role will spearhead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on increasing our online visibility and sales through various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, with proven experience in driving traffic and conversions across multiple online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Marketing:
Optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and others, to improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to our online stores through a variety of channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, paid advertising).
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, marketplace-specific ads) to maximize ROI.
Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Facebook Ads:
Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to reach target audiences, generate leads, and drive sales.
Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive sales.
Build and segment email lists, and personalize email content to increase engagement.
Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Content Marketing:
Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content that supports marketing goals, including blog posts, product descriptions, and social media updates.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use data to drive marketing decisions, track performance, and refine strategies across all channels.
Regularly report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Affiliate Marketing:
Support in managing affiliate partnerships to boost sales.
What You'll Need:
Proven experience: At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
A passion for pets: A genuine love for animals and an understanding of the pet industry.
Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
Data-driven mindset: Experience using analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Creativity and initiative: The ability to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative ideas.
Team player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
