• Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience in the Food / FMCG industry or relevant
• Proficiency in English / Mandarin to liaise with Customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• To manage sales through web site (B2B / B2C)
• Service oriented
• Working hours
• Mon to Friday - 8-5pm
• Sat Alternate half day
