JOB SUMMARY:

As a Aftermarket sales executive to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you are responsible for working with the CPM sales team, CPM Sales Network and the Aftermarket Sales Manager, and other colleagues to define and champion commercial efforts for the entire CPM product line for the Aftermarket in South East AsiaRegion.

The focus is to both affirm our market presence within the existing customer base and grow our business in the region. The position holder reports to Sales Manager/Senior Manager and must carry out the assigned duties and responsibilities and be able to work closely with other departments and other functional managers within the organization.

Key Tasks:

1) Sales Functions

• Achieve and excel against quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals based on technical specifications.
• Follow up sales enquiries.
• Build and maintain good customer relations with existing accounts.

• Grow sales in the assigned segment.

2) Administration and Operational Functions

• Keep good records of documentation, including enquiry register log.

• Prepare a sales work order and handle over to the project team.
• Lead and execute improvement/new processes and customer service experience.
• Ensure process conformance and local legislative compliance with appropriate standards and authorities.

3) Other Assignments

Education

• Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in engineering, business, or marketing.

• Responsible for project coordination. Support the execution of multiple contracted projects from contract to completion and coordination of new projects under development
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Maintaining project documentation (WHS, Various Management Plans)
• Maintaining QA/QC across projects. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Making regular site inspections and assist Project Managers in successfully implementing Project Management Plans on site.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Ensure timely fulfillment of projects by regularly following up with and coordinating between internal teams.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Coordinate with external vendors for submission or relevant documents to authorities
• Ensure all documentary evidence and contemporary records are properly documented, organized and filed for substantiation and billing purposes
