• Analyze sales revenue to assess the profitability of existing and new products

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

• Maintain and update promotions and campaigns on the corporate website and relevant communication channels.

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms

• Manage the creation and review of copywriting and communication materials.

• Oversee public-facing feedback channels, responding to customer feedback in a timely manner to uphold the company’s reputation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience

• Prior experience in the F&B / Beverage / FMCG industry is desirable

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, Google Analytics)

• Required to manage English and Chinese based social media platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Engage in regional brand health monitoring to pinpoint critical areas for enhancing brand performance and uncovering new business growth opportunities.
• Analyze data related to refrigerators, smart door locks, ceiling fans, and other consumer electronics.
• Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools.
• Compile and present research findings through detailed reports, charts, and presentations.
• Monitor industry news and updates to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities.
• Support the team in creating buyer personas and segmenting target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to provide actionable insights.
• Help maintain and organize the market research database for easy access to information.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of market research methodologies and statistical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for consumer electronics and an eagerness to learn about the industry.
• Eager to engage with customers to uncover pain points and gather qualitative feedback.
