• Lead the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.

• Manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives with the prime responsibility to tap into whitespace through inbound and outbound call campaigns.

• Develop strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth and foster increased customer loyalty.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, as well as track competitor activity to develop effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial activities, including customer data privacy regulations.

• Setting price, promotions and plans to increase both sales volumes & contributions
• Monitoring and coaching to ensure Financing and Insurance and Trade In penetration targets are met.
• Ascertain, review and implement Sales Incentives/commissions for Sales Consultants
• Strategise & monitor sales & contributions’ progress to meet Financial Year (FY) targets
• Manage stock inventory & improve stock turnover
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities and products, analysis and recommend strategies to counteract to improve sales
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints to improve customer’s experience
• Provide coaching and feedback to help improve selling skills and customer service
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business

• 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and possesses strong sales flair
• Strong Leadership and Sales management skills
