About the role

• Min. 2 years in service advisor role of any relevant industry
• Basic technical knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Class 3 license and computer literacy

The job:

• To obtain new service contracts and maintain contract renewal
• To campaign and get sales for major repairs and field service repair jobs and follow up on documentation
• To provide and follow-up on rental repair chargeable jobs
• To build rapport and provide logistics solutions to key and fleet customers
