What you will do:

Objectives of this Role

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

• Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
• Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
• Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
• Identify, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

Job Requirements

• Professional experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in IT/Technology/ Engineering domain
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness, identify prospective clients, and expand the clientele base for the company

• To establish project clientele locally and overseas and work closely with the sales team to increase the revenue channel

• Take ownership and lead business development efforts in selected market segments and geographies to participate in the global cross-border network

• Work with partners & our sales team to identify the opportunity to promote the company’s products and services to meet the financial target set by the company

• To execute plans and strategies set by General Manager and the company

• Work with partners with key internal functions and activate current non-active customers in the company to maximise the financial target

• Provide full support to the Sales Team and Operations personnel

• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotations.

• Issue sales orders and delivery orders.

• Liaise with the warehouse to ensure that shipments are delivered on schedule.

• Prepare necessary documentation for the courier

• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirements

• At least a Degree from a reputable university

• Proficiency in English writing and speaking in order to communicate with internal and external customers

• Excellent negotiation skills, and knowledge of MS Excel, Words, and Powerpoint

• Ability to initiate and implement changes, ensuring processes and internal controls are in place

• Ability to work closely with The Management and come up with effective strategies to further grow the business

• Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and meet demanding deadlines, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels, especially senior management

Job duties:

• Building rapport with clients by giving the needs and solutions to the clients
• Introducing products to clients and ensuring profitability.
• Giving after-sales support and answering enquires from customers.
• Constanstly learning about current and upcoming products, getting feedback from client to improve sales & product processes.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years sales executive experience
• N/O/ITE in any field

5 days work week, 11 am to 9 pm, (1 compulsory working weekend)

Basic + Commission = Gross Up $7000 + Medical insurance
